Making Comments

Sometimes a reader would like to review what they have just read, or if the content is a professional document, to make comments / corrections / suggestions etc. This is easily done in Storyboard. It does not require the person wanting to make the Comment to be a registered user. Anyone can do it.

Comments are related to Chapters, making them specifically targeted. Below the Chapter title and above the Page navigation links are the comment hyperlinks. To create a new comment for the Chapter, click on 'Comment this Chapter'.

That will bring up the LHS dialog window. If the user is not logged in they can enter their name in the first entry box, and the actual comment in the larger one below. Submitting will automatically redirect the dialog to the Chapter's comments page where all the other comments made so far for the Chapter can be see, including the new one, with the latest comments first.

The first example comment has the commenter's name underlined. This means the commenter is a registered user and was logged in at the time. Clicking on the name will bring up that Author's profile.

The Chapter's comments can be read without creating a new one by clicking on the 'Read Comments' link.
